It's at this time of year that many of you are thinking about booking your next short break and, understandably, given the current situation you need to feel reassured. We're endeavouring to be as flexible as possible for guests while also safeguarding the continuity of our business. We're still only taking a 15% deposit to secure a booking, with the balance not being due until one week before the break.  If, when the balance is due, there are Government restrictions in place preventing your stay from going ahead we won't take the balance of payment and you will be offered the chance to reschedule your deposit against new holiday dates up to the end of 2021. Government restrictions that come into force after your balance has been paid but before the date of your holiday will mean the full value of your holiday can be rescheduled to new dates up until the end of 2021. If Government restrictions prevent your holiday from going ahead but you do not wish to reschedule you will be refunded. Cancellation by you for non COVID19 reasons will be subject to our standard terms and conditions which can be read in full here
