Following the national lockdown announcement by Government on the 4th January our doors remain closed.
We are contacting all of those booked with us between now and mid February to reschedule bookings or to refund those who do not wish to reschedule. If the lockdown extends beyond mid February we will contact those of you with bookings affected in due course.
You can still make bookings for dates for dates beyond March 2021 in the hope that we will be able to reopen at that point. You will only pay a 15% deposit at the point of booking. Balances aren't due until a week before the break - and if at that time we are still legally required to be closed you will have the opportunity to reschedule your break or have your deposit refunded.
If you have a booking with us via Canopy & Stars the same rules will apply but you will need to contact them direct to process any changes to your booking.
